If you told her about 3 things that she did wrong, then she would half-answer one of the questions and then talk about all of the things she's done so far and then act like everything was settled. Wait . . what?? What about the other 2 things? She did this too many times to count.
If she spent 1/10th of the time doing her job that she spent on patting herself on the back for every little thing she actually did, then she would be an amazing agent.
Her miscalculations cost us a deal on our house. The break-even number she gave us was $13,000 off and she blamed us for not double-checking her work.
